We’ve done something as humans that’s almost unthinkable. We’ve taken something as natural and essential as food…And we’ve turned it into one of the most addictive drugs on the planet. We don’t snort it. We don’t inject it. We just eat it. under the guise of nourishment:) And then… we feed it to our kids. We hook them young — with bright cartoon characters on cereal boxes, sugar-packed snacks in their lunchboxes, and birthday parties that revolve around their drug of choice- sugar. It rots their teeth it causes chronic systemic inflammation, fatty liver, chronic inflammation, leads to type two diabetes, depression, fertility issues, heart, disease, and cancer. All of the disease and suffering we see in the world is deeply rooted in nutrition — caused by what we eat, perpetuated by addiction, and dismissed by society as “not a big deal”… despite its massive and undeniable impact on human health. And now, for the first time in history: • Children are walking around with fatty livers. • Teen depression is skyrocketing. • 9 out of 10 adults have poor metabolic health. • 77% of young adults are unfit for military service Look around — people are silently suffering, dragging themselves through life, medicated and exhausted. We’re not thriving. We’re just surviving. But we should be thriving. Modern science tells us the human body is capable of living well into our 100s. Even the Bible says we were designed to live to 120. Instead, most of us are dying in our 70s or 80s — after decades of slow, preventable decline. And still we say: “Life’s too short.” “I deserve this.” “This is normal.” Like an alcoholic saying it’s not a problem, just one more drink… I can quit anytime. What if the very thing we’re consuming for comfort is quietly destroying us? This isn’t about guilt. It’s about truth. We’ve normalized addiction and called it culture, tradition, even love. It’s time to wake up. Life isn’t too short to give up junk. Life is too sacred to waste it sick, numb, and addicted in a brain-fogged stupor. But here’s the good news: There is hope. It’s never too late to change course. You are the captain of your own ship. You don’t have to drift through life sick, numb, and addicted. You can take back your health. You can reclaim your energy, your clarity, your joy. You can choose a different path — one bite, one step, one day at a time. You’re not broken. You’ve just been misled. Now it’s time to wake up… And take your life back.

I'm a carnivore for almost 4 years. I'm 75. I live alone healthy and strong, can do my household chores, go out for groceries, paying bills and still so many others. I don't have what others call medicines for maintenance. I'm not sick. Thanks for this carnivore way.

Carnivore gave me horrible insomnia, but it did clear up my skin and got my hormones balanced. I'm in perimenopause and worked a 12 hour nightshift for over 6 years. My body was all messed up. Now I'm pretty meat heavy keto. I do eat some fruits and veggies, but carbs are under 30g. I do have something off plan the few times a year I go out with friends. I used to be a horrible binge eater. The fact I can have a treat and just go straight back to keto without it leading to a week long binge is amazing. I've learned to have zero guilt about it too. Mindset is everything!

Hi everyone, just wanted to share my young carnivore journey! I'm now 20 days in, and I'm really feeling like I've found my rhythm and routine. My daily meal prep is becoming much more stable and diverse, which is great for consistency. I actually started this diet after a pretty tough period. Following a 3-week long sinusitis infection, the antibiotics completely wrecked my gut. I tried to fix it with typical gut-healing foods, probiotic capsules (like dried yeast), and other remedies. But after another 2 weeks of struggling (so, early July), I decided to give carnivore another shot. I had actually tried it for 10 days last summer, but did it wrong (hello, watermelon in the afternoons!). Since I've been watching carnivore content almost daily for 1-2 years, I felt confident diving back in, primarily to address my damaged gut. And wow, what a difference! My gut issues disappeared within just one week. Around week 2, I also noticed that skin breakouts and pimples on my forehead and back started to clear up. Just a few days into the diet and after entering ketosis, I immediately felt how amazing it is not to suffer from carb crashes. Generally, my mind feels much clearer and more alert, and I have consistent energy throughout the day. My ability to express myself has also vastly improved – I feel like I'm talking like a waterfall and I'm so hyped to tell my closest friends and family about this! Greetings from Germany

I do carnivore as well and I have for a year and I plan to continue. In Christ alone, my hope is found. Jesus offers the best hope and then listen to the wisdom of carnivore so that you can experience life with energy, thankfulness, and graciousness. Ephesians 1:16-20 ESV [16] I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers, [17] that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him, [18] having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, [19] and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his great might [20] that he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places,

Please talk more about how fatty liver disease quickly leads to hepatic cirrhosis. This disease is horrific and mostly avoidable with proper nutrition. Both my parents died from poor eating habits. They did not look grossly overweight at first. Neither parent drank alcohol, smoked cigarettes or did illegal drugs. Please spread details about fatty liver.

You, Mitch, and a lot of my subscribers have educated me how food can be an addiction. I was not aware of this and would laugh at the people eating cupcakes, rice, pasta and breads as "duck food eaters". Now I know food addiction is real and as carb addiction is a fact.

Brilliantly said Kerry, you are one of the most inspirational people in the carnivore arena. Please continue your great work. BTW, I’d heard there’ll be a small chance you might attend the Great British Meat Up early next month? I’d love to meet you in person one day. Bill

There's Another Way.....

We seek an end to cruel methods of housing, handling, transporting, and slaughtering farm animals. We promote silvopasture-based farming systems that allow animals to express natural behaviors, as an alternative to factory farming.
