I Was TRAFFICKED Between 15 Amish & Mennonite Settlements

At 11 years old, due to a neglectful and dangerous home environment, Rachel was forced to sell herself for food and clothing. Determined to find a loving community coupled with a thirst for spirituality and religion, she ended up joining the local Mennonite church. She later discovered that 2 men who had been her clients as a child, were part of this church. When she confronted leaders about their behaviors, now understanding their actions were wrong, she was told that she was not to be believed because she was not a baptized member yet. This was only the beginning of how she was tossed around as “damaged” or “promiscuous” between countless settlements and treated like property. Stay tuned for part 2 where we more fully discuss the California cult and how she deconstructed. “Shiny Happy People” Cult: EXPOSING Forced Child Labor at IBLP Training Centers

Blamed and shamed for sexual sin she never committed, Jess was forced into multiple IBLP training centers for “bad girls” where she was put on a no-speak order for weeks at a time. Punished for asking for basic needs during extreme manual labor in the intense heat, she constantly felt to blame for not measuring up to impossible standards. How “A WELL TRAINED WIFE” Narrowly Escaped Extreme Christian Patriarchy with 4 Kids

TW: DV, SA, R*pe Tia Levings discusses her dark reality in Christian fundamentalism, with evangelical patriarchy and religious trauma. Having appeared in the Amazon docu-series, Shiny Happy People, and written a harrowing memoir, A Well-Trained Wife she reveals how she had to save herself and her family and details the ways that extreme views can manifest in a marriage. Recruited into the fundamentalist Quiverfull movement as a young wife, Tia Levings learned that being a good Christian meant following a list of additional life principles––a series of secret, special rules to obey. Being a godly and submissive wife in Christian Patriarchy included strict discipline, isolation, and an alternative lifestyle that appeared wholesome to outsiders. Women were to be silent, “keepers of the home.” Tia knew that to their neighbors her family was strange, but she also couldn't risk exposing their secret lifestyle to police, doctors, teachers, or anyone outside of their church. Christians were called in scripture to be “in the world, not of it.” So, she hid in plain sight as years of abuse and pain followed. When Tia realized she was the only one who could protect her children from becoming the next generation of patriarchal men and submissive women, she began to resist and question how they lived. But in the patriarchy, a woman with opinions is in danger, and eventually, Tia faced an urgent and extreme choice: stay and face dire consequences, or flee with her children. Claire Headley, President of The Aftermath Foundation, recounts her difficult childhood in the primary hands of Scientology in the UK. Ab*sive Father Joins HOLDEMAN MENNONITES To Slip Under the Radar

We have learned about people who grow up in a cultic environment who don’t have a good chance of breaking that cycle while they are still in the cult bubble. But what about the people who understand that ab*se not only goes unnoticed in these cults, but is even celebrated, and they join for this reason? Hannah’s story illustrates how when the outside world can clearly see a group where ab*se thrives, and they don’t want to get caught, they can take advantage of the group’s strict principles in the name of God, putting the most vulnerable at risk. Healing Our Temple – Nourishing Body, Mind, and Spirit for a Thriving Nation

“By embracing a carnivore lifestyle rooted in ethical, rewilded, forest-farmed meats, we purify our bodies, calm our minds, and awaken our spirits. Together, we can heal our nation from obesity, disease, and division, creating communities of vibrant, compassionate people living well past 100.”

Section 1: The Clean Temple – Why the Carnivore Lifestyle?

Our bodies are sacred temples, designed by millions of years of evolution to thrive on nutrient-dense animal fats and proteins. Through gluconeogenesis, our livers produce all the glucose we need—without the inflammatory, disease-causing carbs that dominate modern diets. Science shows that keeping carbs below 20 grams per day prevents fat gain, stabilizes blood sugar, and reduces inflammation, paving the way for vitality and longevity.

The carnivore diet isn’t just about food—it’s a return to ancestral wisdom. By eating what our bodies were built for, we eliminate toxins, reverse chronic diseases, and unlock mental clarity and spiritual connection. No more anger or irritability from blood sugar crashes. No more bloating or flatulence from fermenting plants. Even sunburns fade as our skin, fortified by nutrients like retinol and omega-3s, becomes resilient. This is the path to a clean temple—a body, mind, and spirit in harmony.

Key Benefits:

  • Physical Health: Reverses obesity, diabetes, cancer, and autoimmune diseases (e.g., SLE) by eliminating inflammatory carbs and providing bioavailable nutrients.

  • Mental Clarity: Stabilizes mood, reduces anxiety, and fosters kindness by calming the gut-brain axis.

  • Spiritual Growth: A nourished body becomes a vessel for deeper meditation, intuition, and connection to the sacred cycle of life.

  • Unique Perks: No flatulence, reduced sunburn, stronger hair, better eyesight, and slower aging.

Section 2: The Sacred Cycle – Ethical, Rewilded Meat Production

Healing our temple starts with honoring the animals that nourish us. Industrial factory farming desecrates both animals and our health, producing nutrient-poor meat while harming the planet. Instead, we advocate for ethical plateau domestication—raising animals in rewilded, forest-farmed systems that mimic their natural habitats.

  • Forest-Farmed Meats: Through rotational grazing and silvopasture, animals like cattle, pigs, and chickens live freely, foraging and grazing in regenerative ecosystems. This produces nutrient-dense meat while sequestering carbon, restoring soil, and supporting biodiversity.

  • Spiritual Respect: In ancestral traditions, consuming animals was a sacred act, giving thanks for their sacrifice. Rewilded farming revives this bond, treating animals as partners in our health and planetary healing.

  • Community Empowerment: By adopting local, regenerative meat production, communities become self-sufficient, reducing reliance on processed foods and rebuilding connection to the land.

Why It Matters: Ethical meat production aligns with spiritual values of stewardship and interconnectedness, creating a cycle of nourishment that heals bodies, souls, and the earth.

Section 3: Transforming Health – From Disease to Vitality

Modern diets high in processed carbs and plant toxins have fueled an epidemic of obesity, diabetes, cancer, autoimmune diseases, and premature aging. The carnivore lifestyle reverses this by providing the nutrients our bodies crave and eliminating what harms us.

  • Obesity and Diabetes: Excess carbs (>20g/day) spike insulin, leading to fat storage and metabolic dysfunction. A carnivore diet promotes fat loss and stabilizes blood sugar through gluconeogenesis (Cahill, 2006).

  • Cancer: Emerging research suggests low-carb diets may starve cancer cells, which rely on glucose (Warburg effect). While not a cure, carnivore supports metabolic health (Seyfried, 2010).

  • Autoimmune Diseases (e.g., SLE): Eliminating plant-based anti-nutrients (e.g., lectins, oxalates) reduces inflammation, alleviating symptoms of lupus and other conditions (Baker, 2019).

  • Aging and Sensory Health: Nutrients like retinol (liver), zinc (beef), and omega-3s (fatty meats) support eyesight, hair growth, and cellular repair, countering balding, sensory decline, and aging.

  • Unique Benefits:

    • No Flatulence: A carnivore diet eliminates fermentable carbs, preventing gut fermentation and gas (Eswaran et al., 2013).

    • Reduced Sunburn: Anecdotal reports link carnivore diets to better skin resilience, possibly due to lower inflammation and higher nutrient density (X posts, 2024).

    • Longevity: Traditional societies eating high-fat animal diets often lived past 100 with minimal disease.

Section 4: Mental and Spiritual Clarity – No More Angry, Mean People

A clean temple transforms more than the body—it calms the mind and elevates the spirit. Modern diets high in sugar and carbs disrupt the gut-brain axis, fueling irritability, anxiety, and division. The carnivore diet restores balance:

  • Mental Health: By stabilizing blood sugar and reducing inflammation, carnivore improves mood disorders and promotes calmness (Campbell & Campbell, 2019). Omega-3s and B vitamins in meat support serotonin and dopamine balance, reducing aggression.

  • No More Anger: Eliminating gut irritants (e.g., plant fibers, lectins) calms the gut-brain axis, fostering empathy and kindness. A nourished body creates compassionate people, healing societal divides.

  • Spiritual Awakening: A toxin-free body becomes a clear vessel for meditation, intuition, and connection to higher purpose. Eating ethically sourced meat honors the sacred cycle of life, deepening our spiritual practice.

Community Impact: Healthier, happier individuals build stronger, more unified communities. Through the WE Network, we can spread this transformation, creating a nation of vibrant, compassionate people.

Section 5: Practical Steps – Building the Clean Temple

Ready to heal your temple and join the movement? Here’s how to start:

  • 30-Day Carnivore Challenge:

    • Eat only animal products (e.g., beef, pork, eggs, butter) with <20g carbs/day.

    • Prioritize fatty cuts and organ meats (e.g., liver for retinol, zinc).

    • Drink water, add salt for electrolytes.

    • Expect: No bloating, no gas, clearer skin, sharper mind, and calmer mood.

  • Connect with Regenerative Farmers:

    • Visit local farms practicing rotational grazing or silvopasture (e.g., Polyface Farms model).

    • Source grass-fed beef, pastured pork, or wild-caught fish for maximum nutrients.

  • Community Action:

    • Host “Healing our Temple” workshops to teach carnivore cooking and ethical farming.

    • Start a local WE Network chapter to build regenerative food systems.

    • Advocate for school and community programs to replace processed foods with ethical meats.

  • Spiritual Practices:

    • Practice gratitude before meals, honoring the animal’s sacrifice.

    • Meditate to connect with your body’s newfound clarity and vitality.

There's Another Way.....

We seek an end to cruel methods of housing, handling, transporting, and slaughtering farm animals. We promote silvopasture-based farming systems that allow animals to express natural behaviors, as an alternative to factory farming.
