When do I move in?

PIONEERS MUST COMMIT TO MOVING TO PIONEER THE LAND AS SOON AS 6 MONTHS AFTER APPLYING. You can come and visit us now. We have primitive campgrounds that are free to applying members for the first 30 days. $100 a month/ 20 hours weekly after. You will only be allow restricted access to our property.

After paying your application fee you can move in using a camper or tent. We ask that all households bring an older camper to stay in that we can cannibalize for kitchen and bathroom parts for your home. Most times our members just park it where they want the kitchen and we start building around it.

THIS SOUNDS JUST LIKE A HOA!

To enable us to move forward with our mission, we must adhere to guidelines reflected in our articles of incorporation to comply with legal regulations. We have done our best to make this as flexible as possible using just a basic structure, so that it may be molded by consensus based on each communities decisions.

WHERE ARE YOUR LOCATIONS? Can We Visit?

We are organized so that each village can decide by consensus, whether or not to disclose their location. Some Villages are planning to be more on the "tactical" side and wish to not disclose at all. Kentucky location is still forming so we have a campground open to visitors.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A LOT OR HOME?

Simple. You don't. We don't charge our members for their lot, home or shop as long as it is build using our guidelines of set sq footage based on # of shares and is built using our guidelines. Any structure made outside of these guidelines are done personally & with the knowledge that the additional costs are to be covered by that member. So you can come in and build a yurt, log cabin, tree house, etc..., but if it's not our design- it's on you.

WE has worked to build our plan into a cookie cutter design that works on any size parcel (we prefer at least 200 acres), as long as the zoning and price are within reason. The whole plan is based on sliding percentages that are set based on community needs, by consensus. After the initial down payment  of land costs are covered (which is 100% of pioneers and sponsored members membership payments) , a set percentage is then figured to cover each expense based on categories.

WILL I BE PAYING DUES FOREVER? Monthly dues may go up or down, based on community needs and consensus. After land is paid off they may be even be eliminated!
