Each membership also can sponsor additional memberships that can be voted in. WE encourages this, as WE likes to be invitation only, thus picking our own neighbors. Invite only those we might vote in. If the sponsored membership becomes a full shareholder, the sponsor may be entitled to up to $500 in commissions and also lifetime discounts on their monthly dues.
